About Us...

The Muffin "Mam" Inc has been baking delicious crème cakes in our bakery in Simpsonville, SC since 1992.  Our crème cakes, pound cakes, and gourmet muffins are made one by one with the freshest, all natural ingredients to provide our customers with the best looking and best tasting products available.  We use superior ingredients such as whole eggs and real sour cream.

It all started...

in 1992, when Stephanie Croley was selling muffins and coffee in a small cafe in Greenville, SC.  Her muffins were so tasty that people began ordering them by the dozens.  Stephanie saw the potential and opened up a wholesale bakery.  The product line soon expanded to include crème cakes and pound cakes.  New flavors were added.  With quality as the first priority, the Muffin Mam soon grew to be a major distributor in the south and east coast.

Today...

the Muffin "Mam" Inc. is available to supermarkets & retail food service outlets, nationwide. We wholesale our quality, custom baked cakes and muffins to our customers for Muffin Mam or private resale.  Our products are packaged in sturdy domes which are specially designed for freezer storage.  The packages are pre-labeled with flavor, ingredients, and scan label.  We are sure you will find our prices are very competitive, also.
